We make tarot decks that teach as you read — so you can trust your own intuition from the very first card.
How it started
Long before I owned a business, I was a kid with my hands in the dirt. I grew up surrounded by gardens, wild landscapes, and a quiet sense that the world was speaking if you paid attention. That feeling never left me.
At sixteen, I picked up my first tarot deck and something clicked. The symbols, the stories, the way a single card could name exactly what I was feeling — it awakened something I’d carried my whole life. I spent years studying the cards and, eventually, reading for other people. The accuracy surprised even me.
Why I built the Learning Deck
When I became a mother, one-on-one readings stopped being possible at the scale I wanted. But the need didn’t go away — people still wanted tools to reflect, decide, and hear themselves more clearly.
So I built one.
The Learning Tarot Deck, released in December 2021, is the deck I wish I’d had at sixteen. It pairs the classical imagery of the Rider-Waite-Smith tradition with intuitive symbols — elements, chakras, zodiac signs, and planetary associations — and prints a concise interpretation directly on every card. No memorisation. No scrambling for a guidebook halfway through a spread. Just you, the card, and a clear doorway into its meaning.
Refined eight times (and counting)
This wasn’t a “launch it and leave it” project. I had no publishing experience when I started, so I leaned on the people who mattered most — our customers. Every edition since the first has been shaped by their feedback. We’re now on our eighth edition, and every update has made the deck sharper, warmer, and easier to learn from.

Every Witchy Cauldron deck is designed here in Texas, with care and intention. We print overseas so we can keep prices accessible to everyone who needs these tools — but every other part of our business, from operations to creative direction to copyrights, stays right here at home.

Yes — it was built for beginners. The interpretations printed on each card mean you can do a meaningful reading the day your deck arrives.
How is it different from a standard Rider-Waite deck?
The artwork honours the Rider-Waite-Smith tradition, but we’ve layered in intuitive symbols (elements, chakras, zodiac, planets) and short written meanings on every card. You get tradition plus a teacher, in one deck.
